Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Montserrat's Vicente Mercurio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonas Pagomari came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Montserrat's Tadeo Mederi. But to his dismay, Tadeo Mederi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Montserrat's zone, Dionisio Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Mikelats came out of the goal and Dionisio Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Montserrat booed when Butacó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Vladimiro Bastian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montserrat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Dionisio Ponce kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Vicente Mercurio rounded Butacó FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. 29 minutes into the game, Butacó FC's Dionisio Ponce nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Mikelats made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Eriberto Mikelats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Ponce in the 32nd minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Everardo Macias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montserrat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Butacó FC the free kick. After 32 played minutes Montserrat got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Macias. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Macias got free with Jonas Pagomari in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th match minute, Montserrat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Mederi to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, Vicente Mercurio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jonas Pagomari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Everardo Macias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Jonas Pagomari made a huge save. Tadeo Mederi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Raul Oriche was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionisio Ponce was the one to do the kick off. Montserrat's Eriberto Mikelats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Seber in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Montserrat's goalkeeper Eriberto Mikelats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hipolito Seber. 57 minutes into the match, Everardo Macias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Pagomari. Butacó FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Everardo Macias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Jonas Pagomari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Bastian, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Montserrat's Vicente Mercurio fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Everardo Macias notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Butacó FC's Jonas Pagomari. Jonas Pagomari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Butacó FC defense, Vladimiro Bastian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Pagomari. The Butacó FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Pagomari should have stopped the shot. Vladimiro Bastian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jonas Pagomari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Mederi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Serafin Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Butacó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Gasteiz to maneuver through the defense. Butacó FC's Jonas Pagomari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Mederi in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Montserrat fully deserved thier win.
