In the 5th minute, Jesus Paskal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Matai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Millrick in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Los Pibes de Congreso booed when Virtual XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Hartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Millrick didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 8th minute. Los Pibes de Congreso's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 15 minutes into the match, Virtual XI's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Millrick came free, but Fabian Matai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Isidro Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Millrick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Americo Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Los Pibes de Congreso's Isidro Millrick got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Albino Oso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Pibes de Congreso's Isidro Millrick was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Isidro Millrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fabian Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Matai didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 5-0. 44 minutes into the match, Virtual XI's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Guib came free, but Fabian Matai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Millrick struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Fabian Matai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Pibes de Congreso. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Millrick to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Isidro Millrick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Matai was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Fabian Matai came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Pibes de Congreso's Americo Guib. But to his dismay, Americo Guib quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Americo Guib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Matai having to interfere. Americo Guib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Isidro Millrick came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Los Pibes de Congreso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Millrick couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, Los Pibes de Congreso's Americo Guib nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Matai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Fabian Matai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garry Laverack in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Millrick in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Astor Frasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Millrick struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Fabian Matai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Pibes de Congreso. The audience was convinced that Isidro Millrick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Matai was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Isidro Millrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Matai having to interfere. Fabian Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Millrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Isidro Millrick took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Matai. Fabian Matai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 92nd minute Isidro Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
