After 2 minutes of play, Peman's Eustacio Ihazintu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Cordario was left in no man's land by his defense there! 6 minutes into the match, Aberastain 's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Ihazintu came free, but Fulgencio Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Peman's Eustacio Ihazintu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Cordario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Eustacio Ihazintu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Cordario was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ermegildo Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Erdiano having to interfere. Fulgencio Cordario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Eustacio Ihazintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Erdiano made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Edgard Virila sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Justino Abreu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Aberastain 's Fulgencio Cordario. Fulgencio Cordario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fulgencio Cordario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Ihazintu in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Aberastain 's Edgard Virila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Erdiano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peman's goalkeeper Epifanio Erdiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloy Abilio during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 41 minutes into the game, Ruben Bertin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Aberastain 's Ermegildo Telesforo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Epifanio Erdiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Rafel in the 42nd minute of play. Vicente Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustacio Ihazintu was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Aberastain booed when Peman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Libertad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 minutes, Edgard Virila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aberastain and the Peman players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Peman booed when Aberastain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Cordario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Ihazintu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Diego Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 played minutes Peman got a freekick which was hit by Diego Marko. After a defensive mix-up in Aberastain 's zone, Justino Abreu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Cordario came out of the goal and Justino Abreu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Ihazintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aberastain 's Fulgencio Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Ihazintu in the 87th minute of play. If Justino Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hilario Romelio's late challenge caught a Aberastain 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hilario Romelio helped the player get up and apologised. Hilario Romelio hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Peman's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
