Filomeno Tabby came out and tried to block the shot, but Israel Furtado slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Almafuerte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Corderro came free, but Filomeno Tabby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Almafuerte AFC's Filomeno Tabby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Neron in the 19th minute of play. Ermegildo Salomon hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Filomeno Tabby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Corderro in the 22nd minute of the match. Serafin Benvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Jerano having to interfere. Filomeno Tabby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Corderro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Tabby made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Timoteo Martinez sent off a good shot on target. Israel Furtado charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Israel Furtado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filomeno Tabby made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Tomas Neron sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Almafuerte AFC's goalkeeper Filomeno Tabby had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Israel Furtado. Filomeno Tabby was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Israel Furtado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Israel Furtado really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafin Benvido made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Almafuerte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Martinez came free, but Filomeno Tabby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Uspallata AFC's Timoteo Martinez in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Almafuerte AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Tabby should have stopped the shot. After 76 played minutes, Uspallata AFC's Pascual Franco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filomeno Tabby came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uspallata AFC reached it. Filomeno Tabby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Martinez in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Timoteo Martinez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Filomeno Tabby was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israel Furtado in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filomeno Tabby saved Almafuerte AFC from getting behind. In the 89th minute of the match Ermegildo Salomon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Jerano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Serafin Benvido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Piearres hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Uspallata AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
