Fidel Heli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Romulo Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Adriano Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Gomesano in the 13th minute of play forced Calva's goalkeeper Romulo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Heli got free with Romulo Jaume in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Heli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Romulo Jaume skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adriano Gaúcho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Nofre having to make a save. 30 minutes into the match, Meseta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Azubeli came free, but Damian Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calva's Romulo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Gomesano in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Adriano Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Nofre was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Meseta FC's zone, Adriano Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Nofre came out of the goal and Adriano Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romulo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Gomesano, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Romulo Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Gomesano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute of the match, Ezequiel Estebe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Romulo Jaume saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timoteo Gomesano was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Gomesano in the 57th minute of play forced Calva's goalkeeper Romulo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Timoteo Gomesano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calva's Romulo Jaume was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damian Nofre came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Calva's Adriano Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Adriano Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Isaac Azubeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Calva eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
