Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Celedonio Berdoi made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute Juan Antonio Riquelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Acuña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Urbano Ortzi came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the San Telmo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Ortzi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, HOOLIGANS's Emilio Oxarra got a free kick in the 8th minute. Faustino Montae kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. San Telmo's Americo Acuña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Chago in the 11th minute of play. Americo Acuña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Bäckman , who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the game, HOOLIGANS's Celedonio Berdoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Acuña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Berdoi in the 22nd minute of play forced San Telmo's goalkeeper Americo Acuña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Roque Ferrer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HOOLIGANS's Juan Antonio Riquelme managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonel Jago in the 26 minute of the game. Juan Antonio Riquelme hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Erik Bäckman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, one of HOOLIGANS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for HOOLIGANS. Ubaldo Karmel walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Ortzi in the 33rd minute of play forced HOOLIGANS's goalkeeper Aquiles Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Ortzi in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Betadur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodolfo Daunte kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Celedonio Berdoi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of San Telmo's Americo Acuña. Americo Acuña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Americo Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Antonio Riquelme in the 40th minute of play. Emilio Oxarra took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Americo Acuña. Americo Acuña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Leonel Jago made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by HOOLIGANS's Cipriano Baldovino. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Urbano Ortzi made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of San Telmo booed when HOOLIGANS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Baldovino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Daunte was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 56 played minutes HOOLIGANS got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Oxarra. In the 57th minute, Celedonio Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, San Telmo's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Berdoi came free, but Americo Acuña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Americo Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Ortzi in the 77th minute of play forced HOOLIGANS's goalkeeper Aquiles Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes HOOLIGANS got a freekick which was hit by Juan Antonio Riquelme. San Telmo's Constantino Bernabel was substituted for Leonel Jago. Celedonio Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Viator hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Ortzi in the 94th minute of play forced HOOLIGANS's goalkeeper Aquiles Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Urbano Ortzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Betadur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. HOOLIGANS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
