Spectators: 7105 (Terracing: 5361, Seating: 1644, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Bela during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilfredo Txerran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Erlantz in the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gálvez's zone, Gilberto Chuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Txerran came out of the goal and Gilberto Chuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Roman Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes, Gálvez's Ermegildo Suarez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteve Gomesano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gálvez reached it. Tiburcio Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 32 minutes, Roman Erlantz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Erlantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilfredo Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Chuse in the 33rd minute of play. If Reynaldo Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Roman Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gálvez's Santos Lehoi got a free kick in the 41st minute. Wanda's Gilberto Chuse couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gálvez. Esteve Gomesano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Saturnin in the 45th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Placido Gonsalvo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wanda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gálvez the free kick. Placido Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Cidro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Wanda were awarded a corner. Gilberto Chuse went to the cornerflag to take it. Wanda's Ambrosio Jokin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilfredo Txerran in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 55 minutes into the game, Wanda's Gilberto Chuse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Txerran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Gálvez's zone, Gilberto Chuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Txerran came out of the goal and Gilberto Chuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Roman Erlantz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Wanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Erlantz couldn't finish the play. Gilberto Chuse took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Txerran. Wilfredo Txerran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 84 minutes into the game, Wanda's Roman Erlantz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Txerran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 89th match minute, Wanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Chuse to maneuver through the defense. If Roman Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
