Armando Cabral was a little too slow when Teodoro Jakue got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-2. Gaspar Sindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Armando Cabral made a huge save. When Teodoro Jakue fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Travesía's protests and gave Teodoro Jakue a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Travesía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Jakue to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Goi in the 36th minute of play forced Travesía's goalkeeper Alvaro Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Candido Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Travesía's Alvaro Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Goi in the 64th minute of play. Alvaro Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Goi in the 66th minute of the match. When Tomás Venerando fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
