The supporters of Nitrodim booed when Mailín AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Lizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Nitrodim fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Nitrodim's Godofredo Jobo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 9th minute, Damian Joey made a precise shot to the right of Honorato Quico. Nitrodim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Godofredo Jobo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Cutberto. Sebastian Cutberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Nitrodim getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gerardo Ponce hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Godofredo Jobo sped through Mailín AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastian Cutberto. 29 minutes into the match, Mailín AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Jobo came free, but Sebastian Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mailín AFC's Sebastian Cutberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Jobo in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Rocio in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Cutberto saved Mailín AFC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Godofredo Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nitrodim's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Jobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Cutberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Quico having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Gerardo Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nitrodim's Fabricio Donio pulled a muscle in his leg after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 46 minutes, Hermengildo Sayveon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mailín AFC and the Nitrodim players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hermengildo Sayveon hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godofredo Jobo was the one to do the kick off. Elpidio Peruanton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Sebastian Cutberto made a huge save. Sebastian Cutberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erasmo Rocio in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Godofredo Jobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Cutberto was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Perico couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute of the match Atilano Firmin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorato Quico skillfully saved the ball. After 83 played minutes Nitrodim got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Ospetsu. Blas Ellande hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Romulo Jordy struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Sebastian Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nitrodim.
