The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Indartsu got free with Manos Asimakis in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manos Asimakis made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Abel Indartsu sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Ferdinand made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Aparicio's Gerardo Mendez. Maquinchao's Manos Asimakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Indartsu in the 14th minute of play. Gaspar Feliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manos Asimakis having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Romulo Ferdinand threw the ball into play from the sideline. Aparicio's Gerardo Mendez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 28th minute Mariusz Kostka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Sanchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Aparicio's Gerardo Mendez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manos Asimakis. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. Aparicio's Jacobo Sanchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Kostka in the 36th minute of play. Manos Asimakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Gerardo Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Asimakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Sanchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Aztore in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Indartsu in the 43rd minute of play forced Maquinchao's goalkeeper Manos Asimakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manos Asimakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute Mariusz Kostka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Sanchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Feliz to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Maquinchao's Jacobo Sanchez threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mariusz Kostka, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 52 minutes into the match, Mariusz Kostka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Sanchez. Aparicio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariusz Kostka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jacobo Sanchez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mariusz Kostka showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 56 minute of play. Manos Asimakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hever in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Aparicio's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Kostka came free, but Jacobo Sanchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Indartsu took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manos Asimakis. Manos Asimakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Manos Asimakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Hever in the 71st minute of the match. Manos Asimakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Indartsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Aparicio's goalkeeper Jacobo Sanchez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustin Quico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Quico in the 79th minute of play forced Aparicio's goalkeeper Jacobo Sanchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Abel Indartsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Asimakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Aparicio's Jacobo Sanchez got control of the ball when Agustin Quico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacobo Sanchez made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Armando Aztore sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute Abel Indartsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Asimakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Maquinchao's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Mendez came free, but Manos Asimakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aparicio fully deserved thier win.
