Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Apolo Karlo started the match with the kick off. COSMOS F.C.'s Dionisio Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Rivas in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in COSMOS F.C.'s zone, Christoffer Ahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Vermudo came out of the goal and Christoffer Ahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christoffer Ahlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoffer Ahlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Chovet FC got a freekick which was hit by Christoffer Ahlberg. In the 7th minute, Apolo Karlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Santiago was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Claudio Ereinotz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The long shot by Enrique Rivas in the 14th minute really tested Dionisio Vermudo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Chovet FC's Enrique Rivas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dionisio Vermudo but with some difficulty. If Arnulfo Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute, Enrique Rivas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dionisio Vermudo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. COSMOS F.C.'s Dionisio Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Rivas in the 36th minute of play. If Christoffer Ahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Rivas's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Christoffer Ahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Vermudo having to interfere. Dionisio Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Rivas in the 45th minute of the match. Marcelo Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dionisio Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Rivas was the one to do the kick off. If Christoffer Ahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christoffer Ahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chovet FC's Christoffer Ahlberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. Apolo Karlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Karlo got free with Fulgencio Santiago in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dionisio Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Rivas's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Christoffer Ahlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COSMOS F.C.'s Dionisio Vermudo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Claudio Ereinotz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fulgencio Santiago, 2-2. Eduardo Lopez got a throw-in 89 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Enrique Rivas. Chovet FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
