Delmiro Ramirez hit a great ball. After 20 minutes, Laureano Sotil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seba Dominguez 10 and the Grütly AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Laureano Sotil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Egun in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Igor Egun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Dolcet was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Rogelio Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Alejandro Dolcet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Sugar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Alejandro Dolcet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Seba Dominguez 10's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tadeo Oihenarte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Rogelio Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Egun in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Dolcet saved Seba Dominguez 10 from getting behind. Rogelio Sugar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Alejandro Dolcet made a huge save. Rogelio Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Dolcet having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Laureano Sotil made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Seba Dominguez 10's Higinio Quintin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute of the match Alfonso Escobar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejandro Dolcet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rogelio Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Dolcet having to interfere. Alejandro Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Egun in the 58th minute of play. Rogelio Sugar struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Alejandro Dolcet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grütly AFC. The Grütly AFC fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Grütly AFC's Igor Egun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alejandro Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Sugar in the 65th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Seba Dominguez 10 got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Quintin. Rogelio Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Dolcet having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Egun in the 72nd minute of play forced Seba Dominguez 10's goalkeeper Alejandro Dolcet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Grütly AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Oihenarte. After recieving a nice pass, Seba Dominguez 10's Delmiro Ramirez tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alejandro Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Seba Dominguez 10 got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Quintin. After a defensive mix-up in Grütly AFC's zone, Leon Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Uzuri came out of the goal and Leon Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seba Dominguez 10's goalkeeper Alejandro Dolcet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Seba Dominguez 10's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Sugar came free, but Alejandro Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Dolcet having to interfere.
