In the 6th minute Hubert Vuillermoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Blazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. YRIGOYEN TP's Florentino Artal got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10thth minute of the game Florentino Artal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Don Ramon's Joaquin Blazquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hubert Vuillermoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of YRIGOYEN TP booed when Don Ramon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Don Ramon's Joaquin Blazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Artal in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Artal in the 26th minute of play forced Don Ramon's goalkeeper Joaquin Blazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Florentino Artal put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Blazquez. Joaquin Blazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Artal in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Don Ramon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Claus to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Blazquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florentino Artal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Blazquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. With his leg Joaquin Blazquez managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when YRIGOYEN TP's Florentino Artal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 95 minutes into the match, Don Ramon's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Artal came free, but Joaquin Blazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. YRIGOYEN TP were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
