The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filiberto Elixio to strike the kick off in the second half. Victor Phelipe's late challenge caught a Marthina Jazmin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Phelipe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Victor Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Gaspard was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filiberto Elixio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Birila hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Marthina Jazmin's Toader Jula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celestino Ostargi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 80th minute, Ricardo Azubeli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celestino Ostargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Toader Jula struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Celestino Ostargi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marthina Jazmin. Marthina Jazmin's Americo Gaspard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Elixio in the 88th minute of play. There was no doubt that Marthina Jazmin were the better team. Marthina Jazmin's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
