With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jairo Rey might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Reyes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Rey ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Hori in the 79th minute of play forced Wisin y Yandel's goalkeeper Ernani Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by 倪希常 in the 92nd minute. In the 95th match minute, Higuerita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Iruinea to maneuver through the defense.
