Elpidio Gai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Ospetsu having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Cañani FC's Ivan Eder slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucas Ospetsu. That made the score 2-0 after 11 minutes of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Cañani FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Punco:s goal. After a long run with the ball, Fabricio Frechoso did a trick in the 17th minute in front of Cañani FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-1. An impressive performance by Punco's Fabricio Frechoso! After 20 played minutes Cañani FC got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Eyague. In the 22nd minute Humberto Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Bonifaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Ospetsu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. Elpidio Gai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Lucas Ospetsu made a huge save. Lucas Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Distiratsu in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 played minutes Punco got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Gudesteo. Ruben Chus kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Eyague in the 42nd minute of play forced Punco's goalkeeper Lucas Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Gai took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Ospetsu. Lucas Ospetsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Humberto Indar was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Eder in the 55th minute of play forced Punco's goalkeeper Lucas Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Elpidio Gai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Lia in the 58th minute of play forced Punco's goalkeeper Lucas Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punco's goalkeeper Lucas Ospetsu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Punco's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Eder came free, but Lucas Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Gai, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Ivan Eder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Ospetsu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Gai went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Punco defense, Julio Distiratsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Ospetsu. The Punco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Ospetsu should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the game, Elpidio Gai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Lucas Ospetsu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Walme in the 86th minute of play forced Punco's goalkeeper Lucas Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Ospetsu came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Cañani FC's Eulalio Lia. But to his dismay, Eulalio Lia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. 91 minutes into the match, Elpidio Gai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Ospetsu. Punco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Gai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. Elpidio Gai scored 10-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Ospetsu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
