With a little luck, CA Pretorio's Ambrosio Rainerio got control of the ball when Gregorio Naelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Gregorio Joanes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ambrosio Rainerio. The goal made the score 1-0. CA Pretorio's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anibal Ponciano 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Gregorio Joanes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ambrosio Rainerio came out and tried to block the shot, but Gregorio Joanes slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 37th minute. After 40 played minutes CA Pretorio got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Cugat. Anibal Ponciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Guachipas FC's Gregorio Naelio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ambrosio Rainerio. That made the score 5-0 after 43 minutes of play. Abelardo Fonso struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Paulino Steven didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Pretorio. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abelardo Fonso to strike the kick off in the second half. Guachipas FC's Paulino Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Fonso in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute Gregorio Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregorio Joanes in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Rainerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregorio Joanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ambrosio Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ambrosio Rainerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Joanes's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Guachipas FC's Gregorio Joanes got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaudencio Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guachipas FC made a substitution. Enzo Llanos replaced Gaudencio Henrico. Zacarias Florian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Gregorio Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Froilan Sanson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ambrosio Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Joanes in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the CA Pretorio defense, Gregorio Joanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ambrosio Rainerio. The CA Pretorio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosio Rainerio should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Gregorio Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Joanes struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Ambrosio Rainerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guachipas FC. In the 89th minute, Enzo Llanos made a precise shot to the right of Ambrosio Rainerio. CA Pretorio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Gregorio Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Rainerio having to interfere.
