When Hector Perpinya came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Raquel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Perpinya couldn't finish the play. When Hilario Lazcano, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 20 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Froilan Ponciano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gavino Obeko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Perpinya in the 24th minute. Hector Perpinya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavino Obeko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Toribio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Perpinya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
