Spectators: 6989 (Terracing: 5349, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 0) Electromekanica Fc's Mark Farrugia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Fini Clud's Cayetano Ibar got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Artizar during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Fini Clud got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Artizar. Silvio Vergaray came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Electromekanica Fc's Mark Farrugia. But to his dismay, Mark Farrugia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Primitivo Oto scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvio Vergaray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mark Farrugia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Silvio Vergaray made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, Fini Clud's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Farrugia came free, but Silvio Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Ignatius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Aristides Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fini Clud's Cayetano Ibar got a free kick in the 26th minute. Silvio Vergaray acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rodrigo Maiorga. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Farrugia in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Vergaray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aristides Birjaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Artizar in the 32nd minute of play. Electromekanica Fc's Aristides Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Ignatius in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Leandro Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Electromekanica Fc's zone, Teodoro Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Birjaio came out of the goal and Teodoro Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvio Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Farrugia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Teodoro Ignatius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Birjaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Ignatius made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Fini Clud's 龙思银 got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Primitivo Oto came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Electromekanica Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Oto couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the game, Leandro Palban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Electromekanica Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fini Clud the free kick. Leandro Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Teodoro Ignatius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristides Birjaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 71 minutes of play, Electromekanica Fc's Mark Farrugia made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Vergaray was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute, Fini Clud's Teodoro Ignatius ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aristides Birjaio. Aristides Birjaio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Electromekanica Fc's Aristides Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Ibar in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Electromekanica Fc's zone, Teodoro Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Birjaio came out of the goal and Teodoro Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Mark Farrugia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fini Clud's Silvio Vergaray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Ponc in the 89th minute of play forced Fini Clud's goalkeeper Silvio Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fini Clud's Gavino Barrionuevo got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Electromekanica Fc could leave the field as winners, despite Fini Clud having more of the ball for most of the match.
