After having played for 3 minutes, Damaso Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romania F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Platon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SaRaCaTuNgA's Norberto Baumar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SaRaCaTuNgA from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by SaRaCaTuNgA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enzo Baggio was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania F.C's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Enzo Baggio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SaRaCaTuNgA's Norberto Baumar did a great save. With his leg Norberto Baumar managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Romania F.C's Damaso Platon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Armando Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Baumar having to interfere. Romania F.C's Robustiano Guillerme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Raymond in the 18th minute of play. Teobaldo Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Enzo Baggio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robustiano Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Raymond in the 23rd minute of the match. SaRaCaTuNgA's Norberto Baumar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Chale in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Romania F.C booed when SaRaCaTuNgA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Licerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobaldo Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Enzo Baggio fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romania F.C's protests and gave Enzo Baggio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Romania F.C's Enzo Baggio got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Teobaldo Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Teobaldo Raymond came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SaRaCaTuNgA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Raymond couldn't finish the play. Teobaldo Raymond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Guillerme having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Romania F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Lorien. 39 minutes into the match, SaRaCaTuNgA's Ramiro Tono broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 40th match minute, Romania F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Bordat to maneuver through the defense. When Teobaldo Raymond came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SaRaCaTuNgA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Raymond couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Raymond in the 42nd minute of play forced Romania F.C's goalkeeper Robustiano Guillerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Damaso Platon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Platon was the one to do the kick off. Delmiro Beliran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Romania F.C booed when SaRaCaTuNgA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Erruki didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Teobaldo Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Platon took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norberto Baumar. Norberto Baumar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Norberto Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Platon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the SaRaCaTuNgA defense, Armando Chale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norberto Baumar. The SaRaCaTuNgA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norberto Baumar should have stopped the shot. When Romania F.C's Damaso Platon in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SaRaCaTuNgA's goalie prevented a goal. Robustiano Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Beliran in the 74th minute of play. Robustiano Guillerme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teobaldo Raymond went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 84 minutes, Damaso Platon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romania F.C and the SaRaCaTuNgA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Romania F.C got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Platon. SaRaCaTuNgA's Teobaldo Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damaso Platon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romania F.C's Armando Chale in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SaRaCaTuNgA's goalie prevented a goal. Romania F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SaRaCaTuNgA for a fine match.
