The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carolo Palban could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Zacarias Gaufred made a huge save. After 5 minutes of play, Tejos Bulls's Marcial Poncio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zacarias Gaufred was left in no man's land by his defense there! Betão Costa took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Gaufred. Zacarias Gaufred dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The goalkeeper, Zacarias Gaufred, was totally fooled by Tejos Bulls's Herminio Musko, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Atilano Sugoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Toribio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With a little luck, Albiceleste's Zacarias Gaufred got control of the ball when Carolo Palban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tejos Bulls's Betão Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Tejos Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Krestian Budsted came free, but Ermegildo Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Poncio got free with Zacarias Gaufred in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zacarias Gaufred made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Carolo Palban sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Krestian Budsted ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Osoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Costa couldn't finish the play. Zacarias Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Poncio in the 76th minute of play. Atilano Sugoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Ermegildo Osoitz made a huge save. Marcial Poncio's late challenge caught a Albiceleste's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Poncio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Albiceleste booed when Tejos Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Poncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albiceleste's Zacarias Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Palban in the 86th minute of play. If Teodoro Toribio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Poncio took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Gaufred. Zacarias Gaufred dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carolo Palban in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Gaufred prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tejos Bulls's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
