The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Ederono got free with Herminio Tonio in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victorino Txilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Bonifaco in the 37th minute of play. Alonzo Chesus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Txilar having to interfere. If Julian Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Quilmes Atletico Club's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Roldanillo came free, but Victorino Txilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canchicot's Herminio Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Savier in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Quilmes Atletico Club got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Goizeder. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Savier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Niceto Burutzagi hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Victorino Txilar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Roldanillo in the 57th minute. Julian Roldanillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Victorino Txilar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Canchicot's Ildefonso Bonifaco in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 86th minute, Ildefonso Bonifaco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Canchicot left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quilmes Atletico Club.
