Everardo Endura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Johans in the 12th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Mufasa got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Sanson. When Independiente's Fernan Johans in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mufasa's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Senio in the 15th minute of play forced Mufasa's goalkeeper Everardo Endura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Endura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Johans in the 22nd minute of play forced Mufasa's goalkeeper Everardo Endura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Independiente's Fernan Johans made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Endura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Everardo Endura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernan Johans scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Everardo Endura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Fernan Johans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Endura was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When Independiente's Fernan Johans in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernan Johans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mufasa's Everardo Endura got control of the ball when Fernan Johans tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Mufasa's Leopoldo Abechuco made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felipe Moise was left in no man's land by his defense there! Everardo Endura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Tabor in the 61st minute of the match. Mufasa's Everardo Endura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Johans in the 78th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Fernan Johans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Endura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mufasa's Everardo Endura got control of the ball when Fernan Johans tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Mufasa getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. German Fiz hit a great ball. Fernan Johanss short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Everardo Endura to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Mufasa booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Rius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Carlomagno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felipe Moise. Independiente's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Independiente eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
