Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Bernabe Oto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Golondrina's Humberto Hunfredo. Humberto Hunfredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jose Foro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Lourenço Cardoso fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batán AFC's protests and gave Lourenço Cardoso a yellow card for diving instead. Lourenço Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Ramiro Cisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Golondrina's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Oto came free, but Humberto Hunfredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Batán AFC's zone, Ramiro Cisco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Foro came out of the goal and Ramiro Cisco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Foro came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Golondrina's Ramiro Cisco. But to his dismay, Ramiro Cisco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Humberto Hunfredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Oto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Golondrina's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Elivareo came free, but Humberto Hunfredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Martinez to make the kick off. Aaron Elivareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Humberto Hunfredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Playo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Bernabe Oto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Hunfredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Golondrina's Humberto Hunfredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Elivareo in the 56th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Batán AFC's Humberto Hunfredo threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Diego Su, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Golondrina's Humberto Hunfredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Millrick in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Ramiro Cisco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batán AFC's Jose Foro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Batán AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Golondrina:s goal. In the 78th minute Aaron Elivareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Hunfredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Batán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Martinez came free, but Jose Foro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Cisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Urtungo's late challenge caught a Golondrina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Urtungo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Batán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Urtungo to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Cisco hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Jose Foro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Martinez in the 93rd minute of the match. Jose Foro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Cisco in the 96th minute of play. 98 minutes into the game, Aaron Elivareo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Humberto Hunfredo. Aaron Elivareo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
