In the 5thth minute of the game Jonathan Amor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maggolo FC's Prospero Emesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Batallón F.C. were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Maggolo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilberto Patrido took the corner. Batallón F.C.'s Gilberto Patrido was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Prospero Emesto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Maggolo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Rico to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Prospero Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Jonathan Amor lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Prospero Emesto. After a defensive mix-up in Maggolo FC's zone, Jonathan Amor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Emesto came out of the goal and Jonathan Amor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santos Buinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Prospero Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Sixto Jayvier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maggolo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Batallón F.C. the free kick. Sixto Jayvier kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jonathan Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Prospero Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maggolo FC's Alejo Regis got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Tajo in the 35th minute of play forced Batallón F.C.'s goalkeeper Omar Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejo Regis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Rocendo having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonathan Amor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Prospero Emesto. That made the score 2-0 in the 39 minute of play. Santos Buinton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Emesto having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, Batallón F.C.'s Jonathan Amor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Emesto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Alejo Regis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omar Rocendo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alejo Regis to strike the kick off in the second half. If Jonathan Amor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Batallón F.C.'s Aldo Jerano got a free kick in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Maggolo FC defense, Jonathan Amor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prospero Emesto. The Maggolo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prospero Emesto should have stopped the shot. Oscar Tajos short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Omar Rocendo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Amor in the 62nd minute of play forced Maggolo FC's goalkeeper Prospero Emesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Buinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Emesto having to interfere. In the 65thth minute of the game Jonathan Amor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maggolo FC's Prospero Emesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Prospero Emesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Arnaldo Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Omar Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixto Jayvier hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Prospero Emesto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Amor went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Maggolo FC defense, Nicolas Beturian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prospero Emesto. The Maggolo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prospero Emesto should have stopped the shot. Prospero Emesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Amor's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Nicolas Beturian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Emesto having to make a save. Oscar Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Alejo Regis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maggolo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Regis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Rocendo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oscar Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Rocendo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Amor in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Emesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
