After 8 played minutes Libertador F.C got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Theobald. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Luzea got free with Domingo Oalo in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Gustavo Martxot took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Domingo Oalo to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Luzea in the 20th minute of play forced Libertador F.C's goalkeeper Domingo Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marco Paez fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Libertador F.C's protests and gave Marco Paez a yellow card for diving instead. Marco Paez hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Edgardo Dalmai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Domingo Oalo made a huge save. The supporters of Grande el fortin booed when Libertador F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Luzea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingo Oalo came out and tried to block the shot, but Lázaro Luzea slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Bermudo during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 played minutes Libertador F.C got a freekick which was hit by Armando Bermudo. When Conrado Erruki came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Grande el fortin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Erruki couldn't finish the play. Libertador F.C's Domingo Oalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Libertador F.C from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Grande el fortin booed when Libertador F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Remicio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Claus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingo Oalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Dalmai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Libertador F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Paul came free, but Domingo Oalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ermegildo Montae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Dalmai scored 5-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingo Oalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingo Oalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Benino in the 77th minute of play. When Edgardo Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Grande el fortin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Dalmai couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Benino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Oalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Benino in the 82nd minute of play forced Libertador F.C's goalkeeper Domingo Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libertador F.C's Domingo Oalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Dalmai in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Grande el fortin's Rosendo Sancho got a free kick in the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grande el fortin fully deserved thier win.
