Spectators: 7135 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) Libertador F.C's David Claus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Umberto Bachmeier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Ledesma's late challenge caught a Panqueua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Ledesma helped the player get up and apologised. Osvaldo Baldovino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Domingo Oalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umberto Bachmeier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Domingo Oalo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 18th minute David Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Libertador F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Bachmeier came free, but Domingo Oalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Oalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osvaldo Baldovino went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Libertador F.C booed when Panqueua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Gierlach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Bachmeier, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Libertador F.C getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Marco Paez hit a great ball. A hard shot by Kryspin Gierlach from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Domingo Oalo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Leandro Millrick's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Domingo Oalo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Benigno Eneko was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

David Claus hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Umberto Bachmeier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Libertador F.C's Domingo Oalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Umberto Bachmeier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Oalo having to interfere. When Umberto Bachmeier came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Panqueua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umberto Bachmeier couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Jonatan Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panqueua's Tony Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Panqueua from getting a goal against them. Domingo Oalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Bachmeier in the 80th minute of play. Umberto Bachmeier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Oalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Bachmeier in the 87th minute of the match. Umberto Bachmeier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Umberto Bachmeier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panqueua's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
