Fate FC's Blas Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Jacindo in the 7th minute of play. Blas Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Jacindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the game, COM Athletic's Amado Jacindo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blas Niguel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Blas Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Jacindo in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Ortzi in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Niguel saved Fate FC from getting behind. Amado Jacindo scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blas Niguel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. COM Athletic's Edgardo Ortzi suffered a sore thigh after 26 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 27 played minutes Fate FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Nayely. Amado Jacindo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blas Niguel. Blas Niguel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, Fate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Weather came free, but Blas Niguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fate FC's Blas Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Weather in the 38th minute of play. Blas Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Jacindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Jacindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Niguel having to interfere. Nils-Emil Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Jacindo took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blas Niguel. Blas Niguel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amado Jacindo made a kick off. Blas Niguel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Matias Weather sent off a good shot on target. After 53 played minutes Fate FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Gonzalez. Ladislao Laurgain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Montez in the 57th minute of the match. Amado Jacindo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blas Niguel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Ladislao Laurgain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Fate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Fonso to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Baldomero Lizbeth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blas Niguel skillfully saved the ball. In the 70th minute, Matias Weather made a precise shot to the right of Blas Niguel. Fate FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 74 minutes into the match, Amado Jacindo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas Niguel. Fate FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amado Jacindo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The long shot by Hector Elodio in the 79th minute really tested Blas Niguel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Blas Niguel came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by COM Athletic's Amado Jacindo. But to his dismay, Amado Jacindo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Jose Bladi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes Fate FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Tono. Blas Niguel made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Amado Jacindo sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th minute, COM Athletic's Matias Weather dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched COM Athletic eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
