With a little luck, DJ-Toro-Mix's Osvaldo Igon got control of the ball when Maximo Senon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Delmiro Hermelando struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Osvaldo Igon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castellana FC. Delmiro Hermelando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to DJ-Toro-Mix getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Guido Rufo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, DJ-Toro-Mix's Guido Rufo got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Elvio Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Lucio Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJ-Toro-Mix's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Dabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hartmut Dronia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Ebardo in the 30th minute of the match. Maximo Senon took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Igon. Osvaldo Igon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Elvio Ebardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osvaldo Igon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elvio Ebardo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Delmiro Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Castellana FC's Elvio Ebardo in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DJ-Toro-Mix's goalie prevented a goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind DJ-Toro-Mix's goalkeeper Osvaldo Igon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gunter Seibel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Osvaldo Igon made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucio Dabi was the one to do the kick off. Osvaldo Igon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Hermelando went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elvio Ebardo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Igon saved DJ-Toro-Mix from getting behind. Lucio Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hartmut Dronia having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Castellana FC got a freekick which was hit by Gunter Seibel. Delmiro Hermelando's late challenge caught a DJ-Toro-Mix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Hermelando helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Castellana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Hermelando to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elvio Ebardo in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Igon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Igon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Hermelando in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Elvio Ebardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Delmiro Hermelando made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldo Igon. DJ-Toro-Mix's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 87th minute, Albeiro Usuriaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Albeiro Usuriaga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castellana FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Albeiro Usuriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
