Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Herbert Skaradowski made the kick off and thus started the match. Ovidio Semeno came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Zelaya AFC's Inocencio Odon. But to his dismay, Inocencio Odon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 6 minutes, Herbert Skaradowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico El Linqueño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Skaradowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amado Aurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Virila in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Pedro Virila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelaya AFC's Amado Aurre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zelaya AFC's Inocencio Odon got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ovidio Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Odon in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Zelaya AFC booed when Club Atletico El Linqueño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico El Linqueño's Federico Honesto got a free kick in the 29th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Herbert Skaradowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico El Linqueño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Skaradowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Odon in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atletico El Linqueño's goalkeeper Ovidio Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Herbert Skaradowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Zelaya AFC booed when Club Atletico El Linqueño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Lixandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Federico Honesto fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico El Linqueño's protests and gave Federico Honesto a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Club Atletico El Linqueño got a freekick which was hit by Federico Honesto. Inocencio Odon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inocencio Odon to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute of the match Sebastian Cambranes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidio Semeno skillfully saved the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Zelaya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Hermon to maneuver through the defense. If Inocencio Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico El Linqueño's goalkeeper Ovidio Semeno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 played minutes Club Atletico El Linqueño got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Txurio. When Inocencio Odon came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Zelaya AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Odon couldn't finish the play. In the 76thth minute of the game Pedro Virila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelaya AFC's Amado Aurre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amado Aurre didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Atletico El Linqueño's Herbert Skaradowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Virila in the 82nd minute of play forced Zelaya AFC's goalkeeper Amado Aurre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Horacio Bakar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Atletico El Linqueño's Ovidio Semeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Odon in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Gaufred during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Club Atletico El Linqueño's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Lixandro in the 98th minute. Club Atletico El Linqueño's Cristian Lixandro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Amado Aurre in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
