Alejo Ramone took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorio Steven. Honorio Steven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Alejo Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Dalmai hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Paolo Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Artilleros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Odilon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Casey FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Honorio Steven made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Ramone in the 66th minute of play forced Artilleros FC's goalkeeper Honorio Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Alejo Ramone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Artilleros FC's Honorio Steven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alejo Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Honorio Steven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Ignado got free with Honorio Steven in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Artilleros FC's zone, Alejo Ramone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Steven came out of the goal and Alejo Ramone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Casey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Fortun came free, but Isaac Guillelme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
