Edgardo Pereyra hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Celestino Pio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of lo wachos's Anselmo Montez. Anselmo Montez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Herensuge charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Herensuge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes lo wachos got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Herensuge. After some careless play in the lo wachos defense, Yücel Tümer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Montez. The lo wachos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Montez should have stopped the shot. Yücel Tümer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Anselmo Montez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Rosalio in the 46th minute of play forced Corolina's goalkeeper Remigio Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corolina's Remigio Gauargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Rosalio in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celestino Pio was the one to do the kick off. Javier Liher lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ambrosio Su walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Opilano in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remigio Gauargi saved Corolina from getting behind. In the 74th minute Leopoldo Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Gauargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Corolina getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Celestino Pio hit a great ball. Leopoldo Opilano struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Remigio Gauargi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for lo wachos. In the 82nd minute, Leopoldo Opilano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigio Gauargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Ambrosio Su managed to get in a good position for a shot. lo wachos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ambrosio Su was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Gauargi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yücel Tümer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Omar Frechoso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anselmo Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yücel Tümer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The lo wachos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Corolina's performance. The match ended with a win for Corolina.
