Leonides Chumo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jonatan Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Cordero charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Cordero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ycuha AFC booed when CORNAL FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Errando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Brais, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Cornelio Brais might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Errando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cornelio Brais ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes into the match, Ycuha AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Frasquito came free, but Emanuel Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cornelio Brais who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CORNAL FC's Jonatan Errando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Errando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cornelio Brais's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Chumo got free with Jonatan Errando in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cornelio Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Errando having to interfere. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind CORNAL FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Errando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornelio Brais to make the kick off. After some careless play in the CORNAL FC defense, Cornelio Brais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatan Errando. The CORNAL FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Errando should have stopped the shot. Cornelio Brais took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Errando. Jonatan Errando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Leonides Chumo sped through CORNAL FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonatan Errando. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Luisito Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot. CORNAL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Frasquito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Urtsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornelio Brais got in the 86th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonatan Errando handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Cornelio Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Errando having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ycuha AFC fully deserved thier win.
