Spectators: 7116 (Terracing: 5339, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Placido Gaitan started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Ramiro Jerano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pucheta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Jerano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pucheta's Ignacio Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Gaitan in the 11th minute of play. Placido Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pucheta getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Santiago Beltza hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Ignacio Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Beturian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Beturian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Claus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Cesar Blasco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ramiro Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Milio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ramiro Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ignacio Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Babb 987's Aquilino Beturian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Jerano in the 43rd minute of play. Simon Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cesar Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ramiro Jerano made the kick off in the second half. Aquilino Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Jerano in the 53rd minute of play. Gavino Claus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Placido Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ramiro Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Gumaro scored 0-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Beturian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Pucheta's Ramiro Jerano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquilino Beturian. That made the score 0-2 after 87 minutes of play. Gavino Claus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesar Blasco having to make a save. The Babb 987 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pucheta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
