The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Macerio got free with Cesar Blasco in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octavio Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Blasco having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Octavio Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Roma Tejana's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Macerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Blasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd match minute, Pucheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Quinten to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Umea kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. If Ramiro Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 53 minutes, Nestor Dacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Roma Tejana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Dacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, AS Roma Tejana's Ruperto Umea got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Pucheta's Gonzalo Salbatore broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Edmund Tomaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Jerano in the 59th minute of the match. Cesar Blasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Macerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, Pucheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Beltza to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Macerio in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Pucheta's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Macerio came free, but Cesar Blasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to AS Roma Tejana getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Leo Erlantz hit a great ball. Cesar Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Macerio in the 75th minute of play. If Ignacio Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. Pucheta's Gonzalo Salbatore got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
