Rogelio Bartuelo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Intxixu went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ignacio Intxixu struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Rogelio Bartuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suncho. Suncho's Ramon Mundo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Fernando Bernard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suncho's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Bernard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Bartuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rogelio Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Mundo in the 21st minute of the match. If Pascual Rencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Suncho getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alberto Sazon hit a great ball. Pascual Rencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saul Abadie having to make a save. Pascual Rencio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 29 played minutes Suncho got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Sazon. After a rather tough play, Stegmann AFC's Ovidio Luix got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Suncho's Ramon Mundo in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stegmann AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Ramon Mundo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rogelio Bartuelo. Rogelio Bartuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Mundo in the 44th minute of play. After some careless play in the Stegmann AFC defense, Ignacio Intxixu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Bartuelo. The Stegmann AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Bartuelo should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pascual Rencio made a kick off. Rogelio Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Intxixu in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Stegmann AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Mundo came free, but Rogelio Bartuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Intxixu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rogelio Bartuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Stegmann AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Luix to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Intxixu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stegmann AFC's Rogelio Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Intxixu in the 65th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Suncho's Ramon Mundo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rogelio Bartuelo. That made the score 0-4 after 67 minutes of play. When Fernando Bernard came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Suncho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Bernard couldn't finish the play. Stegmann AFC's Rogelio Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Intxixu in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Suncho booed when Stegmann AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Stegmann AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Luix to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Rogelio Bartuelo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded Suncho left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stegmann AFC.
