Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 24th minute Edgardo Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Ciano in the 25th minute of play forced Maipú FC's goalkeeper Octavio Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justino Txatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Nahia to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Chiso FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Etxepare. After 57 minutes, Juan Nahia made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chiso FC's Albino Urtzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Chiso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Nahia came free, but Albino Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Justo Etxepare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Udalaitz struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Octavio Arnas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiso FC. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Felix Udalaitz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Albino Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Txatxu in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Txatxu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albino Urtzi saved Chiso FC from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chiso FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Maipú FC.
