With a little luck, Momantai Reborn's Paulo Ponce got control of the ball when Felix Udalaitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Udalaitz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Momantai Reborn's Paulo Ponce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Ciano in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justo Etxepare got free with Paulo Ponce in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Rafel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Samuel Havier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albino Urtzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Chiso FC booed when Momantai Reborn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chiso FC had played much better football throughout.
