Spectators: 7087 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 10) Anibal Goizeder started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ernesto Astigar might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cleto Innocenzio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernesto Astigar ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Spams's Cleto Innocenzio got control of the ball when Luciano Fagondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Anibal Goizeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spams's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Goizeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustaquio Phelipe took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Innocenzio. Cleto Innocenzio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 36 minutes into the game, Ernesto Astigar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cleto Innocenzio. Ernesto Astigar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Cleto Innocenzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gelmiro in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Spams booed when Sucre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Lawrence didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes Sucre got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Gelmiro. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Gelmiro to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Anibal Goizeder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Poz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 58 played minutes Spams got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Ibañez. 59 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Astigar came free, but Cleto Innocenzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Ernesto Astigar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleto Innocenzio. Spams's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Astigar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ceferino Teofilio hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 80th match minute, Sucre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Lucado to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sucre's Luciano Fagondo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Cleto Innocenzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gelmiro in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Fagondo in the 95th minute of play forced Spams's goalkeeper Cleto Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, Sucre's Wilfredo Gelmiro made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Innocenzio was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sucre had played much better football throughout.
