Ajax Amsterdam FC's Teobaldo Lop got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 5 minutes, Dionisio Maura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ajax Amsterdam FC and the Del Jonca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 8 minutes into the game, one of Del Jonca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Del Jonca FC:s Leopoldo Laurendi showed great skill when he stopped Santos Ascencio:s penalty. Teobaldo Lop received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leopoldo Laurendi came out and tried to block the shot, but Teobaldo Lop slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Dionisio Maura got his second yellow card in the match during the 21st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 21st minute, Dionisio Maura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Teobaldo Lop was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Ajax Amsterdam FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 42 minutes, Gualterio Dominix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Del Jonca FC and the Ajax Amsterdam FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Ajax Amsterdam FC. Santos Ascencio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leopoldo Laurendi. 2-0. When Lorenzo Firmin came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ajax Amsterdam FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Firmin couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Frantzes was the one to do the kick off. Lorenzo Firmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Laurendi having to interfere. Uriel Justin struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Leopoldo Laurendi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ajax Amsterdam FC. Leopoldo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Firmin in the 57th minute of the match. Del Jonca FC's Fidel Frantzes got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ajax Amsterdam FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leonides Lorenz 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Gualterio Dominix, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Ajax Amsterdam FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Teobaldo Lop hit a great ball. Lorenzo Firmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Laurendi having to interfere. Leopoldo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Firmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Leopoldo Laurendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
