Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Mendiko to make the kick off. Bruno Karmels short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Bruno Refugio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 56 played minutes Diegolitos got a freekick which was hit by Ignacy Tobaczewski. In the 57thth minute of the game Armando Isusko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diegolitos's Maximino Estefan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A.ESCORPIONES's Bruno Refugio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Mendiko in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, C.A.ESCORPIONES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Barto to maneuver through the defense. If Bruno Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diegolitos's Maximino Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Isusko in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Bruno Karmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diegolitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Karmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Benito Mendiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diegolitos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Bruno Karmel struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bruno Refugio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diegolitos. When Benito Mendiko came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Diegolitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Mendiko couldn't finish the play. Diegolitos played a much better game than C.A.ESCORPIONES and deserved their victory. The C.A.ESCORPIONES players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
