The supporters of Cerrillos AFC booed when Yocán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Grabiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Guillermo Grabiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Desiderio Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yocán's protests and gave Desiderio Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. Desiderio Chuan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Generoso Tallia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Bilbo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yocán's Teo Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Modesto Lano charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modesto Lano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Mendebal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Lekubegi in the 56th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Placido Ursino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Teo Lekubegi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerrillos AFC's Leon Mendebal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santo Nuxila's late challenge caught a Yocán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santo Nuxila helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Teo Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Teo Lekubegi made a precise shot to the right of Leon Mendebal. Cerrillos AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Teo Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yocán were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
