A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Baldomiro Restu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. When Baldomiro Restu came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Villalonga AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Restu couldn't finish the play. If Rosendo Gorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Baldomiro Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villalonga AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Restu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Pumas's Benjamin Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Arotza in the 35th minute of play. Hernan Mosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Justin Scott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Pumas's Benjamin Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Arotza in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Pumas's Americo Egoitz got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Angelo Gau's late challenge caught a Villalonga AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Gau helped the player get up and apologised. Angelo Gau kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Arotza in the 61st minute of play forced Los Pumas's goalkeeper Benjamin Gotzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Tiadoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Gotzon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Tiadoro ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Los Pumas's Americo Egoitz got a free kick in the 65th minute. Bruno Fresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Gotzon having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Villalonga AFC's Dante Arotza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Bruno Fresco kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Justin Scott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Mosen in the 73rd minute of play. Dante Arotza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Gotzon made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Dante Arotza sent off a good shot on target. After 85 played minutes Los Pumas got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Brais. Benjamin Gotzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Arotza in the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Pumas's zone, Dante Arotza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Gotzon came out of the goal and Dante Arotza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th match minute, Villalonga AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Gorri scored 1-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justin Scott, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
