With a little luck, C.A. REY DE COPAS's Orlando Fidencio got control of the ball when Vladimiro Mikolas tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vladimiro Mikolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Monico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eugenio Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cañuelas's zone, Eulalio Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Handi came out of the goal and Eulalio Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Gavino Panfilo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Orlando Fidencio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 34 minutes, Vladimiro Mikolas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cañuelas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Mikolas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 35 in the game by Vladimiro Mikolas from a close distance when the talented Orlando Fidencio managed to make a qualified save. C.A. REY DE COPAS's players were relieved. Eulalio Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 41 minutes on the clock, Fermin Evarado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. REY DE COPAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Fidencio. Ismael Abella hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Cañuelas's Gavino Panfilo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Fidencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vladimiro Mikolas went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the match, C.A. REY DE COPAS's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Mikolas came free, but Orlando Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Gavino Panfilo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Fidencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Vladimiro Mikolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cañuelas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
