Basilio Figueroa charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basilio Figueroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tonono booed when Club Atletico Alaniz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Bernardino Dunixi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 played minutes Tonono got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Tulio. Tonono's Moises Neron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Argider in the 14th minute of play. Evaristo Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Neron having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Alaniz's zone, Bernardino Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Semeno came out of the goal and Bernardino Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moises Neron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Argider in the 22nd minute of play. After 26 played minutes Club Atletico Alaniz got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Prado. After 31 played minutes Tonono got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Dunixi. Evaristo Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Moises Neron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Fabio Playo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Moises Neron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Moises Neron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislaw Wysocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Alaniz's Evaristo Argider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Neron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Club Atletico Alaniz played a much better game than Tonono and deserved their victory. The Tonono players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
