After a rather tough play, Pirané FC's Carlos Senio got a free kick in the 44th minute. Pirané FC's Celedonio Tabby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Calixto in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Nestor Kirchner AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Ugaitz. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The Pirané FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Tabby should have stopped the shot. Atilano Loren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Tabby having to interfere. In the 69thth minute of the game Jairo Calixto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirané FC's Celedonio Tabby was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute, Jairo Calixto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nestor Kirchner AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Nestor Kirchner AFC's goalkeeper David Musko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Claude.
