Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5356, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Romeo Muc got the match started through his kick off. Cristobal Gaspard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Muc in the 5th minute of play. Sporting Club's Cristobal Gaspard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Quintin in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Mihail Ene was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacanas the free kick. After 10 played minutes Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Ene. In the 12th minute of the match Cornelio Mirande shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristobal Gaspard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lokman Duran's late challenge caught a Tacanas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lokman Duran helped the player get up and apologised. Lokman Duran hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Paolo Diaz struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Cristobal Gaspard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tacanas. Cristobal Gaspard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Diaz in the 18th minute of the match. Jimeno Argider struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Inocencio Abeita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Club. After 24 minutes, Leandro Sotero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tacanas and the Sporting Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Tacanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Sotero to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Lokman Duran. After 32 minutes, Paolo Diaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tacanas and the Sporting Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Romeo Muc came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Tacanas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Muc couldn't finish the play. Jimeno Argider's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Inocencio Abeita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Paolo Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Gaspard having to interfere. If Jimeno Argider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Paul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paolo Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Gaspard having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Tacanas's Romeo Muc dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Argider in the 68th minute of play forced Tacanas's goalkeeper Inocencio Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club's Ulises Mincho got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Paolo Diaz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match, Paolo Diaz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristobal Gaspard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Elvio Quintin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sporting Club's Cristobal Gaspard. Cristobal Gaspard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristobal Gaspard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Muc in the 85th minute of play. Elvio Quintin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Tacanas got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Mirande. In the 96th minute, Jimeno Argider left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Tacanas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
