Ivan Mano started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Horcones getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Baltasar Raitin hit a great ball. C S y D El Fortin's Ivan Mano got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Kristian Ullvit came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the C S y D El Fortin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Ullvit couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genaro Beltran during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, one of C S y D El Fortin:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C S y D El Fortin. C S y D El Fortin:s Froilan Bihar showed great skill when he stopped Marcial Artaldo:s penalty. 13 minutes into the game, Horcones's Marcial Artaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Bihar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Diego Haimar's late challenge caught a Horcones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Haimar helped the player get up and apologised. Diego Haimar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 23 played minutes, Horcones's Marcial Artaldo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Froilan Bihar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Horcones reached it. Arnoldo Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C S y D El Fortin's Diego Haimar got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Marcial Artaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Froilan Bihar skillfully saved the ball. Marcial Artaldo's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Froilan Bihar on his right side and into the goal. 28 minutes into the game it was 0-2. The C S y D El Fortin players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Horcones were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonzalo Berart to make the kick off. Domingos Mendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C S y D El Fortin. The C S y D El Fortin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Horcones were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
