Spectators: 6629 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1629, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sergio Behe kicked off to start the match. When Tomas Amor fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guandacol AFC's protests and gave Tomas Amor a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA booed when Guandacol AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Omar Quinto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. David Jorrin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Roldan in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Quinto in the 25th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA's goalkeeper Clemente Perfecto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Perfecto came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Guandacol AFC's Nemesio Benat. But to his dismay, Nemesio Benat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Omar Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Jorrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Angel Guillerme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Mikeldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Jorrin having to interfere. Omar Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Clemente Perfecto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the match, Nemesio Benat got a very nice opportunity to score, but Clemente Perfecto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Quinto made a kick off. Severiano Mikeldi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of David Jorrin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Behe in the 59th minute of play forced Guandacol AFC's goalkeeper David Jorrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Jorrin having to interfere. Severiano Mikeldi took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Jorrin. David Jorrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Severiano Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Severiano Mikeldi came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Mikeldi couldn't finish the play. Severiano Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. David Jorrin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Jorrin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Guandacol AFC's zone, Severiano Mikeldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Jorrin came out of the goal and Severiano Mikeldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severiano Mikeldi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Jorrin having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA's zone, Omar Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Perfecto came out of the goal and Omar Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Bazil hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Sergio Behe hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Severiano Mikeldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Severiano Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severiano Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Jorrin having to interfere.
