Celestino Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Gartzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Riachuelo AFC defense, Eustacio Gartzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celestino Frisco. The Riachuelo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celestino Frisco should have stopped the shot. In the 24th match minute, Riachuelo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Eguen to maneuver through the defense. If Rodolfo Charro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Eustacio Gartzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL ABUELO F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Celestino Frisco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Charro went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Rodolfo Charro sped through Riachuelo AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celestino Frisco. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Pietro to make the kick off. Rodolfo Charro in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celestino Frisco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 53rd minute, EL ABUELO F.C.'s Eustacio Gartzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celestino Frisco. Celestino Frisco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. 0-8 became the score in the 57th minute when Rodolfo Charro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Riachuelo AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Rodolfo Charro scored to the left of an out of position Celestino Frisco, making the score, 0-9. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedicto Lopes during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrizio Barreto got free with Celestino Frisco in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Riachuelo AFC's Celestino Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Gartzi in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrizio Barreto got free with Celestino Frisco in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Celestino Frisco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Delmiro Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Riachuelo AFC's goalkeeper Celestino Frisco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Charro. In the 78th minute, Rodolfo Charro fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Celestino Frisco, passed just outside the right post. Fabrizio Barreto took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celestino Frisco. Celestino Frisco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. 82 minutes into the match, Delmiro Tristan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celestino Frisco, 0-11. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Charro in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celestino Frisco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute, EL ABUELO F.C.'s Rodolfo Charro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12.
